This technique needs handseals. Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. Description:This technique needs handseals. This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

Description: This technique needs handseals. This jutsu, considered forbidden for its cruelty, partially shuts down a person's nervous system, sending them into a form of nervous shock that ends with the person being unable to move for a brief period. In order to perform this technique, the user must perform a long row of hand seals and then touch the victim's neck or spinal chord (touching clothing or armor in that area is fine, as long as it can't block electricity). Repeated use of this jutsu has been known to cause permanent nerve damage. The victim is sent into nervous shock for one post, and is then paralyzed for another two posts. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water release jutsu.

History:When Kazuki was a little boy nobody liked him because of how he would act sometime's.Kazukiwould get lost all the time even though his sense of direction was very good,His older sister would be the one who found him always.When kazuki was 5 his parents where killed by sound ninja in front of him.Kazuki tried to stop them but he was only a little boy and wasn't that strong.Kazuki was then made to stay with his sister.Kazuki trained eye's day to try and become stronger so that he would be able to protect anybody that he loved.
Kazuki stayed with his sister until the age of 12 that's when he got his own place.Kazuki enrolled in the academy where he was always lazy and barely did work but he did enough to pass the class.Kazuki then had a graduation party and became a Genin.Kazukiwent on plenty of mission as a genin,he always seem to be a better leader than the Jounin in charge.One day while Suzuki was walking down the street he a sighn that said there was an empty spot open for the hokage in the village,so Kazuki though this would be a good chance for him to become a leader and show of his leader ship skill's.
Kazuki read the sign and went to where it was at,when he got there he saw that it was about 10 people there 5 girls and 5 guys going for the spot excluding Kazuki.He thought why wouldn't more people go and try out for the empty spot but then the thought came to mind maybe people was scared about being hokage and that their lives would be at risk every day and you would have a lot of responsiblites.Kazuki said to himself ''people who are scared are right to be scared Im a lil scared myself''.
Kazuki then walked in and saw a man starting on a stand and talking.The man said ''Today all you will be trying out for the position of hokage of the leaf village you all should be very scared and at the same time very excited,my name is Tamkido and I will be the judge of the fights you all will participate in.You all will have to pick a number out of this box I hold in my hand''.Everybod then pick out a number from the box.Kazuki had number 1,all the other number went from Kazuki having number 1 a girl number 2 and in that pattern.
Tamkido then showed us a piece of paper telling us who we where going to fight aginst.Kazuki had to fight a man named Tamachi.Their match was immediately after everyone knew who they where going to fight.Kazuki was giving the first attack since Kazuki main weapon was his sword thats what he used,he charge at the man before jumping in the air and coming down with his sword.Tamachi blocked it with his kunai and then kicked Kazuki in the stomach which sent him hurling to the ground.
Tamachi said''Why the hell is somebody as weak as you going out for a position like that your only going to end up getting your self hurt or worse dead you should just quite now and let somebody stronger go on ahead''.Kazuki was very mad at what the man had said to him,that mad and fell weak then it made kazuki head have flash back of his brothers being dead in their home.Kazuki then passed out,Tamachi then smile and said''ha I knew he was weak this was easier than I thought it would be''.
Kazuki then stood up with his brand new sharingan.Kazuki then said''somebody like you will never be hokage of a place like this not while IM around anyway''.Kazuki then charge at the man and was able to cut him on his shoulder.The man said ''damn you you lil punk ill kill you''.Kazuki smiled and said '' you can try but you wont be successful in your attempt to kill me''.The man charge at Kazuki with great speed but thanks to his sharigan,Kazuki saw his attack and was able to block it but since the man was stronger than Kazuki it made him fall.
Tamachi said ''your still weak even after your little bloodline kicked in I always knew you Uchiha's were weak''.Kazuki then got so mad at the Tamachi disgraceful talk of his clan,so charge at the him aiming at his head.Tamachiwas unable to block Kazuki attack.Kazuki stop his attack just before he pierced his head.Kazuki said ''I would never kill a piece of trash like yourself and plus your strong I would want to kill somebody strong that would be bad for the village since everybody lives matter''.
Tamachi stood up and bowed before saying ''I forfeit the match''.Kazuki bowed and said ''why did you forfeit''. Tamachi said 'because i have no right and your better suited for the spot than I am and you better not lose to anyone''.Kazuki said ''thank you I promise I wont fail as hokage and trust me with these eyes I wont lose to anyone''.Tamachi then left and went into the stands.15 mins later everybody ad forfeit since they thought they where going to have to fight a sharigan user.
Then Kazuki was crowned Hokage.
